Traditional Funeral Practices:
Historically Joseph Levine & Son has been serving the Jewish community for over 119 years and is fully educated in all customs and traditions governing a proper Jewish Funeral and the dignity intended therein. Jewish Law calls for ritual washing (taharah), a pure linen shroud (tachrichim), an all wood casket (aron), and that a watcher (shomer), be provided. Levines as well as your Rabbi will answer any questions concerning these customs.

Cemetery Availability:
Joseph Levine & Son can provide services for burial at any cemetery in the United States and Israel. We can arrange to purchase burial sites with all cemeteries throughout the United States and Israel.

International Affiliations:
Joseph Levine & Son has the experience and expertise to expedite funeral arrangements regardless of where death has occurred. We have affiliations throughout the world and have the capability to send and receive worldwide.

Cremation:
In addition to the services provided by Joseph Levine & Son Cremation is available to our families who wish this alternative method of final disposition.
